Your project begins with an inquiry. We’ll request more details, arrange a consultation, and share a proposal. Once you secure our services, our first order of business will be the conceptual design phase where we take measurements, confirm scope, design a layout, and establish aesthetic direction.
Early in the project, your feedback is key for refining a vision that fits everything you hoped for your space. With your wishes in mind, we’ll narrow down and strategically present curated concepts and materials– taking all the decision fatigue out of the process.
Step One: Conceptual Design
Next is the detailed design phase where we hone in on specific materials, floor plan elevations, and interior samples that align with our project direction. We’ll tailor each selection to your desires, quality-control each step, and draw on our industry knowledge to deliver impeccable designs. In the early stages, we will need more input from you via sharing your preferences, providing direct feedback, and giving your honest thoughts on each aspect of the design. The longer we work together, the more we’ll build a relationship where we’ll understand your preferences clearly and immediately, with less input needed from you.
For renovations, yes. General contractors execute the design and handle permitting, plumbing, installation, and other technical aspects. If you don’t already have a contractor, we’ll gladly recommend one.
